Print industry predicts business upturn in 2011

DUBAI - Sign and Graphic Imaging (SGI) Middle East exhibition, taking place at Airport Expo Dubai in January, has received tremendous support from the regional and international marketplace as firms predict an upturn in business for 2011.
SGI 2011 will take place from January 24-26 at the Airport Expo Dubai. The exhibition showcases the latest products and emerging technologies from the industries of advertising, architectural hardware, banners & posters, digital imaging, electronic message centres, electronic signage, graphic imaging, graphic services, large format printing and signage.
According to Shihab Zubair, Business Development Manager, Middle East, Epson, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt are the three markets that show the most promise in the region.
“Epson sees a great opportunity in the Middle East especially with our new solutions like our value added outdoor signage options and package proofing using our new white ink solution,” Zubair said.
“SGI is one of the most important exhibitions for our type of products and with the release of the new solutions from Epson its important to be at the show,” he added.
